CHANGE POLICIES

We can make the change you want! If we make a mistake in your size or if you want another print, we can make the change subject to availability. Remember that this applies to clothing, all products in the UPCYCLING category are unique, and cannot be exchanged. Transportation costs will be covered by the buyer. You can change your order within 15 days, counting from the date you receive your product. 

If you still do not want to have an ELOISA garment in your closet: (we will return the total amount paid, without making any discounts or withholdings, and the term may not exceed thirty (30) calendar days.

The change procedure is as follows:

You can write to us at info@eloisa.co or through us where you must notify your order number, name, item you want to exchange and item you want to receive. We will send you the shipping information and modify your order. When we receive the garment you want to exchange we will make the new shipment.

These are the requirements to make the change:

  • They must not have been used, washed or damaged.
  • They must retain the original label. We suggest that you try the garments on before picking it up.
  • If possible, return it in the original packaging.
  • Clothing on sale or purchased in the “SALE or UPCYCLING” section cannot be exchanged. Except for warranty

CHANGES IN PRE ORDER

If you purchased a garment in PRE ORDER and wish to make the exchange, keep in mind that delivery times will be the same from the day you return your garment and will always be subject to product availability.

    CLAIM FOR QUALITY

    As long as you have used the garment well and it has a quality problem, we will recognize the repair or exchange of it and all transportation costs incurred will be reimbursed. If your request for effectiveness of the guarantee is not accepted after having been evaluated by our technical department due to lack of compliance with the conditions indicated above, we will contact you within 15 business days following the date of your claim, to coordinate your shipment again with a freight collect where you must pay the transport company at the time the product is delivered.

    Before completing the procedures for a claim, we suggest you consult the most common cases of rejection of exchanges due to misuse of garments:

    • The time limit of three (3) months after the purchase was delivered to make the claim was exceeded.
    • Failure to follow the washing and care instructions for the garment.
    • Use of deodorants with chemicals that discolor fabrics.
    • Use of chemicals or bleach in washing.
    • Faded by drying directly in the sun.
    • The garment was altered or modified by the client and therefore its last was damaged.
    • The print, appliqués or embroidery were ironed.
    • Normal wear of the garment.
    • The design of the garment has an artisanal process that means that each garment has unique and irregular finishes between the same batch.

    In the event that Eloisa has mistakenly sent an item different from the one requested, we will recognize the change. All transportation costs will be reimbursed. In this case you must contact the email info@eloisa.co and we will schedule our transporter to pick up the wrong product and then send the one you initially ordered.

    The mentioned discounts will be applicable for purchases through our e-commerce site.
    Prices subject to change without prior notice.
    Not combinable with other promotions, bonuses and/or discounts.
    Exchanges or returns of the item to which the discount is applied are not accepted, except for the legal guarantee of the product.
    Promotion valid only in Colombian territory.
    Promotion applicable with any means of payment.

    By participating in the promotion and purchase of products, authorization is granted to process your data, you will have the right to know, update and rectify your personal data; to request proof of this authorization; to be informed about the treatment that ELOISA STUDIO SAS has given your personal data; to submit queries or complaints, or to cancel your subscription at any time through the email you receive in the CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION section.
