Si erramos en tu talla o si deseas otro estampado podemos hacerte el cambio sujeto a disponibilidad. Todos los productos de la categoria UPCYCLING son únicos, y no tienen cambio. Los costos de transporte serán cubiertos por el comprador. Puedes cambiar tu pedido en un plazo de 15 dÃas, contando desde la fecha que recibes tu producto.

Would you like to change your size?
There is no problem! Remember that we must verify availability. You must have the order number with you. Remember not to throw away the labels! When you request the change, it will arrive in the mail with a label. You must attach it to your order so that when they go to pick it up there will be no problem.
Does your order appear as delivered but you have not picked it up?
The shipping information will be sent to your email from this email: noreply@melonn.com. It must include the information about your order, there you can check if it is ready to be picked up.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
If you are in Bogotá we have 3 delivery options:
Same business day: If you buy before 3 pm, your order can be delivered up to 8 pm.
Next business day: We will deliver it to you within the day after you purchase your ELOISA garment.
Standard shipping: Delivery between 3 - 5 business days.
For the rest of the country we have Standard Shipping, we will always try to get your garment as soon as possible!
Remember that a business day is Monday to Friday, deliveries can be made until 8 pm
The delivery method I chose is warehouse pickup. Where should I pick it up and what is the schedule?
Remember that the warehouse is only for delivery and reception of garments. It is located at cll 18 #69f 16 Montevideo and its hours are from 8 am to 5 pm
I bought at ADDI. Which is the process to follow?
If you were not immediately directed to the ADDI page, you can write to us at ELOLINEA so that we can send you a credit application link again. Remember that ADDI gives you the facility to pay in installments without interest and without additional costs.
My size is sold out on the website. Is it possible to have it?
We will always try to have stock in all references but if you cannot find your size you can subscribe to our newsletter and you will know before anyone else if your dream garment is available again.
I made my purchase, I have proof of payment but I do not have any order confirmation email
Don't worry! Write to our ELOLINEA, we will review the status of your payment to create the order correctly.
How do I know if my order is being processed?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email with all the information. You will receive the registration and delivery information from the email noreply@melonn.com
When will I receive my refund? We prefer to make the refund by bank transfer, when you make the request through our 10-day line.
Can I go to the warehouse to measure my pants?
No :( Our warehouse is only for delivery and reception of garments. It is located in Montevideo. The hours are from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday

The length of the pants does not change! Our pants are a little longer than the Colombian standard.
